shu villa lombok exceeded our expectations! the staff was incredibly helpful, even with our late arrival. they helped us book tours, find a trustworthy driver, and gave great local recommendations. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars. the villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a cool outdoor/indoor bathroom. the breakfast was delicious too!

We had an amazing stay at Shu Villa! From the moment we arrived, Armand, the owner, made us feel like part of his family. the villa itself is beautiful and peaceful, and our spacious room had everything we needed. Armand was always attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the main area of Kuta. We would definitely return and highly recommend Shu Villa for a quiet and enjoyable stay. Cons: All good! 😄.

The pool and garden areas were beautiful and well-maintained. Loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings and having breakfast outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering great service throughout our stay. The private open-air bathroom in our villa room was a unique and enjoyable feature.
The location was a bit secluded and required transportation to reach the main road and beach. The water pressure in the shower was low, which affected the overall shower experience.
